Set-up & Signage Crew
Make & hang signs, assist set-up of chairs & tables, drape fabric and otherwise create a beautiful, inviting space.
11:00 - 11:30 am (open)
Dressing Room Set-up
Bring a MIRROR, hang some fabric for privacy, and help create the performer dressing room.
Stage Manager/s:

Check-in performers back-stage, coordinate with Sound guy for performer CDs, coordinate with Producer to fill "no-show" spots (if any).
Lighting Manager: (open)

Test stage lighting, adjust as needed

Can you costume in 10 minutes or less? Sometimes performers "no-show" and we welcome someone who can entertain on short notice to fill the gap.

Need someone VERY reliable to watch the door, support the ticket cashier, and generally make sure people pay to enter, don't sneak in the back door, and act right.

A celebration of Near Eastern & World Fusion Music, Dance, shopping, food, and fun to benefit the Ventura Women's Shelter, SGI Culture of Peace exhibit, and celebrate the vibrant, evolving art of Near Eastern Music & Dance.
This festival is dedicated to promoting artistic excellence in the field of Near Eastern Music & Dance as well as supporting local organizations which help families in crisis (Ventura Women's Shelter and Help of Ojai) or promote world peace (SGI Creating a Culture of Peace).
The Ojai Bellydance Festival will draw bellydancers, musicians and aficionados from all over southern and central California as well as guest performers from the SF Bay area. Performances range from student recitals to professional shows by the area's most popular dancers. The festival is open to the general public.
